Anthony Roker Jr., a proud Bahamian, built Total Building Maintenance from the ground up after being laid off from his hotel job. Rather than allowing this setback to define him, Anthony dedicated himself to learning his craft and developing his leadership skills, turning his passion into a purpose-driven business.
A father of four, the eldest of 6 siblings and an avid fan of the New York Jets and the San Antonio Spurs, Anthony brings the same discipline, focus, and teamwork he admires in sports to his work. Known for his approachable nature and unwavering commitment to his clients, Anthony has become not just a leader in his field but also a true “people’s person”—someone who values relationships and community.
